Project enquiry information
The form collects your name, email, project country and city, required service, project brief and privacy acknowledgement. You may also provide a company name, phone number, approximate area, programme, budget and document-sharing link. Required fields are marked on the form. Please share only information relevant to your project.
Purpose and handling
Information is used to evaluate your enquiry, organise the next discussion and prepare a project-specific scope or proposal. Submissions are stored as private records in the website administration area and sent as email notifications to the business contact address. Authorised site administrators and the staff handling your enquiry may access this information. Hosting and email providers process the technical data required to operate these services.
Legal bases and direct contact
Information is collected electronically through this form and direct telephone, email, social media or WhatsApp enquiries. Under Turkish Law No. 6698, Article 5(2)(c) applies to necessary contract formation and performance; Article 5(2)(ç) to legal obligations; and Article 5(2)(e) to establishing, exercising or protecting a right. Direct enquiries may include telephone numbers, profile information, messages and project documents. Processing is limited to necessary and proportionate information.
Sending an enquiry is not permission for ongoing advertising or promotional reuse of photos. A privacy acknowledgement is not blanket consent. Where personal data is transferred to foreign communication, hosting, email or file-sharing providers, an applicable condition under Article 9 must separately be met. This notice is not a transfer consent or an executed standard contract.
Security and retention
The site uses HTTPS. The form applies validation, a session token and anti-spam limits. Technical anti-abuse identifiers are hashed and held temporarily; raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry record by this form. Hosting providers may keep separate operational logs. Enquiry records and correspondence are retained for the time needed to handle the request and any subsequent business or applicable record-keeping requirements. Do not submit passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
External links and cookies
WhatsApp, email, document-sharing and map links may open third-party services with their own privacy terms. The site does not add advertising trackers or behavioural analytics through its theme. WordPress, security, caching and hosting services may use functional technical storage. No embedded advertising or tracking consent is required to send an enquiry.
Your rights under Turkish data protection law
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 you may learn whether your data is processed and request information; learn the purpose and whether use matches that purpose; learn recipients in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction under the legal conditions; request notification of corrections and erasure/destruction to recipients; object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage from unlawful processing.

Requests are resolved as soon as possible and within 30 days.
